Actress and singer, Lee co-founded Opera Circus 27 years ago.  Opera Circus commissions new works of opera and music theatre and runs inclusive and diverse projects with young people using the creative arts, in the UK and in Wider Europe in particular the Balkan region.  Interested in cross art forms of all kind, Lee develops partnerships, using music and the creative arts to create social justice, inclusion and change.  She advocates for young people and helps develop youth leaders in the UK and Europe.  In addition Lee is currently producing 2 new operas.  Naciketa, will tour in May 2021, including at Southbank London. 

A Winston Churchill and a Salzburg Global Fellow at Global Seminar on Building Peace through the Arts. Lee was warded the European Citizen's Prize for cross-border work with young people in Europe. She contributed to Voices of Culture Structural Dialogue Social Inclusion Programme in 2018 and is now working with multiple partners across the UK/Europe  Matera 2019 European City of Culture, Italy 2019.  Lee leads the international youth arts programme, The Complete Freedom of Truth, with UK and EU partners.   

Tina is Co-Investigator on the Phase 2 project 'Izazov' (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
